AI automation audit

Know what to automate.
And where to start.

A fixed-fee diagnostic to understand how work happens, assess worthwhile opportunities and give you a roadmap you can act on. The duration and scope are agreed before we begin.

Inspect the process, compare priorities and agree a practical next stepInspect the process, compare priorities and agree a practical next step. A conceptual illustration of people, process and systems.
01 / A closer look

Scope the audit to the decision.

A focused business process

For an SME or one team: map a defined workflow, its handoffs and the systems involved. The current 1–3 day format can suit this focused scope.

A complex operating environment

For enterprise: agree business units, system owners, security requirements and dependencies first. Broader discovery is scoped separately.

02 / A closer look

Listen. Measure. Prioritise.

The activities follow the scope; they are not a promise that every estate can be assessed in three days.

01

Listen

Walk through the work with the people doing it. Record the trigger, handoffs and exceptions.

02

Measure

Estimate volume, effort and error costs from an agreed baseline. Mark unknowns that need validation.

03

Prioritise

Compare value, feasibility and risk. Recommend an order and a decision for each opportunity.

A roadmap you can question.

Illustrative deliverable structure. These are example processes, not client results.

What you receive.

The final scope confirms the depth of each deliverable.

Process maps

A view of the current workflow, systems and handoffs.

Prioritised opportunities

Value estimates, assumptions, dependencies and risks.

Platform recommendation

A reasoned choice based on the work and operating requirements.

What to leave manual

Processes where the cost, risk or uncertainty outweighs the likely benefit.

Next-step roadmap

A proposed sequence with build and operating considerations.

Findings meeting

Review the evidence and agree what deserves a next step.

A closer look

Come with a process. Leave with a decision.

Bring the process owner, a list of systems and a few representative examples. Use redacted or approved samples where needed. For larger teams, include the relevant technology and security owners early. There is no obligation to proceed with a build.

Questions worth asking

Before your next step.

What does the audit cost?

We quote a fixed fee after agreeing the processes, systems and people in scope. Your proposal explains the deliverables, assumptions and what is outside the audit.

Can we take the roadmap to another team?

Yes. The current offer includes a roadmap you can take forward with your own team or another provider. The statement of work sets out the deliverables.

What if automation is not worthwhile?

That is a useful outcome. The roadmap should explain the constraint and whether a process change or a simpler integration would help.

Will the audit guarantee a saving?

No. Estimates depend on the baseline and assumptions. A pilot should validate the expected benefit before a broader rollout.

Work flows. People flourish.

Let’s make work flow.
